I am a board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist practicing in New York City.
I have been trained by senior psychoanalysts at the Psychoanalytic Association of New York and in residency at SUNY Downstate. This training has given me a deep understanding of the thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns that shape our experience.
Alongside this foundation, my medical training allows me to take a comprehensive approach — understanding both the psychological and biological aspects of a person’s suffering. I offer psychotherapy, medication treatment, or a combination of both.
What matters most to me is creating a space where you can speak freely, think clearly, and understand yourself more deeply. I take this work seriously and remain in ongoing supervision with experts in the field, ensuring that my approach remains thoughtful, current, and effective. My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that meaningful change occurs when we pay close attention to the workings of your mind in the present moment.
I work with adults seeking lasting change — whether they are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or a more general sense that something in life isn’t working as it should.
