This Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is intended to describe the services offered by the Practice and to provide general information about psychiatry and mental health care.

2. No Doctor–Patient Relationship
Your use of this Site does not establish a doctor–patient relationship with the Practice.
A doctor–patient relationship is established only after all of the following have occurred:
Completion of the Practice’s intake process,
Review and execution of informed consent documents, and
Mutual agreement between you and the Practice to proceed with treatment.
3. Complimentary Initial Consultation
The Practice may offer a complimentary brief initial consultation, typically lasting approximately 20 minutes, for informational and scheduling purposes.
This initial consultation:
Is not a clinical evaluation
Does not constitute psychiatric treatment
Does not establish a doctor–patient relationship
Does not include diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or medical advice
A doctor–patient relationship is formed only after the conditions described in Section 2 have been met.
4. Emergency Situations
This Site is not intended for use in emergencies.
If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, suicidal thoughts, or are in immediate danger:
Call 911
Go to the nearest emergency department
Call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (United States)
Messages submitted through this Site may not be monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent or emergency communication.
5. Accuracy and Use of Information
While the Practice makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this Site is accurate and current, no guarantees are made regarding completeness, accuracy, or applicability to your specific situation.
Mental health information evolves, and content on this Site may not reflect the most current standards of care or individual clinical circumstances.
Your reliance on any information provided on this Site is at your own risk.
6. Telehealth Services
If the Practice offers telepsychiatry services:
Services are provided only to individuals physically located in jurisdictions where the clinician is licensed, including New York State, as applicable.
Telehealth services are subject to additional policies, consent forms, and technical requirements provided separately prior to treatment.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your use of this Site is subject to the Practice’s Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected and used.

Communications submitted through this Site may not be fully secure.
You should avoid submitting sensitive or detailed clinical information through contact forms.
